7th Grade Dissect Fish

Mrs. Vegas' seventh grade students observed and dissected the internal and external anatomy of a perch. They were able to identify all the fins, lateral line, operculum, heart, swim bladder, liver and much more. The also observed the gonads to determine the sex of the fish.
