Welcome from the Religion Department
Welcome to the beginning of an exciting school year. St. Rosalie School believes in educating the whole child: academically, socially, physically, and spiritually.

As Catholics, we know that a child's relationship with God is fundamental to their success in life. This year our school theme is STAR: Service (to others), Trust (in God), Attitude (positive), Respect (self and others). This theme helps us to remember what Jesus taught us: "... love your enemies and do good to them, and lend expecting nothing back" (Luke 6:35). These are just some of the activities which foster our Catholic environment:

*Students on the elementary campus (grades 1-5) attend Mass on Wednesday morning at 8:20. Parishioners are welcome.

*Students on the middle school campus attend Mass on Friday morning at 8:20. Parents are welcome.

*Students are given the opportunity to go to Confession at least twice a year with their class.

*Students are invited to join the St. Vincent de Paul Society (grade 5).

*Students attend Adoration and Benediction on the first Friday of every month.

*Students and friends of St. Rosalie School are invited to attend recitation of the Rosary on Friday afternoons beginning at 2:15 on the elementary campus.

As this school year progresses, you will be receiving updates regarding special religious celebrations and activities. If you have any questions about our religious programs, please call Guyann Murphy, Religion Coordinator at 341-4342.
